Tasks, time and spend under control

Overload and idle time are equally invisible without tracking. When you can see who is busy with what and how much is hanging, it is easier to spread the load and not lose tasks.

Tell her who you assigned what and by when. Hermes keeps the list and flags where a task has slipped, plus drafts a gentle reminder to the owner for you to check before sending.

A regular report is not a formality: decisions are made on it and your work is seen through it. Dragging it out costs you, and rebuilding it each time costs time.

Give her the report template once. Then name the period and projects, and Hermes fills in the data. It is a draft: check the numbers, status and conclusions before sending. The final call is yours.
