In your account you answer the first question briefly: what you do and what you are responsible for. Hermes adjusts her tone and suggests where to start. You can answer by voice.

When Hermes knows your team, projects and their status, she prepares you for meetings and keeps you from missing detail. Your notes are stored on your server in the EU and do not go to anyone else's servers.

List three to five projects or tasks in your own words: name, gist, status, who runs it. Hermes sorts them into cards and fills them in herself as the work moves.

An assistant is most useful on WhatsApp, where you already message your team. Your projects, tasks and notes stay on your server in the EU and never land on third-party platforms.

Tell her how you prefer it: short and to the point, or with explanation. Then connect WhatsApp, and Hermes writes to you first. The memory is shared between your account and the chat.
