Sub-processor List
This page lists the third parties (“sub-processors”) that process personal data to help us operate intakto (the “Service”), operated by HumanOps B.V. (“we”, “us”). It supports the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. We keep the list of sub-processors to the minimum needed to run the Service.

Note: entries marked “[to be confirmed]” are being finalised before this list is treated as definitive. We will replace them with the confirmed provider, location, and transfer basis.
2. What sub-processors may process
Each sub-processor processes only the personal data needed for its role, and only on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We impose data-protection obligations on each one that are no less protective than those in our own Data Processing Agreement, and we remain responsible for their performance.
3. AI model provider and your data
The AI model provider performs inference to generate responses and carry out tasks. We contract so that your content is not used to train the provider’s models. See the AI Policy and the Privacy Policy.
4. Changes to this list
We may add or change sub-processors as the Service evolves. We will update this list and, where you ask, notify you of intended changes, so you have a chance to object on reasonable data-protection grounds, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
