This page identifies the provider of the intakto website and Service, as required by EU information-society and consumer law.

The company is represented by its director(s) on record in the Dutch commercial register (Kamer van Koophandel).

4. The Service

intakto is a private AI assistant (“Hermes”, referred to as “she”) with persistent memory. Your account data and memory are hosted in the European Union (Germany). Some functions use an AI model provider to generate responses; see the Privacy Policy and the Sub-processor List. Access is through a web browser and through WhatsApp, with an optional secure channel. The terms of use are set out in the Terms of Service.

5. Payments and Merchant of Record

Purchases are sold through Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record, the seller of record to the customer. Lemon Squeezy collects and remits applicable EU VAT and handles billing and refunds. See the Cross-Border Payment Terms.

6. Dispute resolution

If you have a concern, please contact us first at hello@intakto.eu and we will try to resolve it directly. We are not obliged, and do not generally undertake, to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body. Consumers may refer an unresolved dispute to a competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or consumer body in their country of residence, or to the competent court. (Note: the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.)

7. Responsibility for content

We prepare the content of this website with care. We are responsible for our own content under general law. Where this website links to external sites, we are not responsible for their content, which is the responsibility of their respective operators.

8. Copyright

The content and design of this website, and the intakto and Hermes software, are protected by intellectual property rights held by HumanOps B.V. or its licensors. Use beyond what the Terms of Service and applicable law permit requires our prior written consent.
